I'm back...well, sort of.... I finally got better info on why my knees and hip have bothered me for some months. The downside: overuse injuries and some bone spurs, so cut back --way back--active exercise, and instead, spending time doing different phys ther exercises. The Net Effect: instead of my previous goals of 16 miles of walking a week, and 12-30 miles of biking, I'm down to no more than 8 miles of walking. Bummer!! I feel like a slug right now-LOL (Oh yeah...and then we got Norovirus --flat out for 5 days!!) C est la Vie! I've go another 3 weeks before I check back with my Doctor... at least I do seem to be improving!! So it will be worth it. I hope!!

Goal/Today/Total/To Do
2000/ 200 / 450 / 1550--- and change that goal to 480 minutes!

Mar 1: 40 min Floor exercises
Mar 2: Odd day: worked on an archaeologic project for 4 hrs and attended a group swim. Active, but no formal "exercise" time--just a lot of functional movement!
