2/1 - I am in. My short goal is to lose 2 lbs by February 14. Then lose 10 lbs by April 30. I don't know if I am going to make it by Valentines Day.

2/8 - Super Bowl Sunday was a huge challenge for me, but I survived. emoticon
2/15 - not to good. Valentines Weekend, and husband family in town for two weeks.

2/23 - Not bad. Husband family still here and it will be a very busy weekend. But I can do it.

3/5 - Posting late.

I ended the month "neutral", but on a downward trend. 146 for that weeks/ average...but today I'm 145.
So I am emoticon I'm going to set up March if no one has yet.

Great Job MiMorr emoticon You're inspiring me to keep at it for these next few days and reverse my week!

It was a long --out of norm--week...as we ended up with DIL , husband and son staying here following some medical issues. We did a lot of toddler babysitting while they dealt with what they had to do. To say my mind wasn't focused; my sleep was poor and my exercise was down... about sums it up. Hopefully this week will s tay back to Normal!!

This past week seems to have been a rewarding one for most of us---there's nothing like the feeling of a little success to keep one on track! That being said, following several shifts in my normal week (Valentine, Friends visiting, family medical...) I find my mid-week weight up a bit. I will be towing the line the next few days to meet my last week's number!

Thank you for the warm welcome! Sorry I didn't post last week, but I did have a 1 lb. loss. Also had another pound loss this week. It's slow, but I will take a small loss over a gain any day. Slow and steady wins the race! Right? emoticon
Congrats to everyone! You are all doing a great job! emoticon

Hello all, I'm down 1 lb this week. I'll take it. Slow and steady right!?! I'm looking forward to being 215 at the end of the month. I have a few pairs of jeans I took out the archives..lol hoping to be able to fit them soon.

I an happy to say, I've lost 7lbs since 12/26/18 whoohoo. Happy losing emoticon

A small drop in my weekly average....but I really like that it has been a steady downward for 5 days, ending at 145.0 today. That is quite unusual for me! I'm encouraged to keep using My Inner Discipline to make good choices. I hope everyone is seeing something similar this week...

emoticon Also a welcome to 19TWEETY66! its always reassuring to have other people traveling the same general path. "Its a long long road..."...but one doesn't have to be alone!

How are you folks finding your week unfolding??
My midweek is holding steady...surprisingly so. Normally I swing up and down 2-3 pounds over about 4 days with food intake /digestive issues/etc.... Of course, like everyone (?!), I'd love to experience a steady drop but that just doesn't happen often!!
I have been able to reign in some of my excess this week: very little chocolate (I live with a chocoholic who has No Nada Nada weight issues!!) and even my serving sizes of protein and carbs have been less. I've been kind of looking at my plate as I serve, and actually thinking:" do I need that much? No not really...." I'm not noticing an increase in wanting more snacks...so a minor WooHoo!
