I did the 100 marching steps yesterday and again today. Did anyone else? Any more ideas for a challenge?

KITSCHKATH started this thread in January as a challenge to move more. (Are you still out there?)

I am in a wheelchair and need to adapt many exercises. So, I'm challenging us to march in place for 100 steps. I will sit and lift each leg as far as I can. Anyone else in?

This day is all about the core!
My core-strength is horrible, and my back quickly starts acking, if I stand up for too long ...
So todays challenge is to do 50x โ€œSupermanโ€.

I have never been able to do a single push-up, so of course Iโ€™m gonna start working on my flabby arms ๐Ÿ˜„
For today the challenge is to do 100 Hammer Curls ๐Ÿ’ช find your favourite dumbbells, grab some cans from the pantry, lift your toddler or find some other weighted items ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Iโ€™m splitting my reps up into 10 sets of 10, and I plan on doing 2 sets each time ๐Ÿ’ช

I love doing squats! So the first challenge is to do 100 squats today ๐Ÿ‘
My plan is to split the reps up into 5 sets of 20.
That seems doable ๐Ÿ‘Œ

I am just one BMI-step from being morbidly obese ๐Ÿ˜ฑ and my fitness-abilities are not yet at a point where itโ€™s feasible for me to do a whole routine ๐Ÿ˜… so for me exercising is about a whole lot of walking (Iโ€™m too heavy for my bike to handle).
All this walking is great, but sometimes I find myself wanting an extra challenge!

So in case anybody else feels the same, I am going to make a daily (I hope) post challenging me, and anybody really, to do one extra โ€œmovementโ€ x amount of times. The idea is that the number of repetitions is quite high, but that you are free to split them up however you want. This way you have en extra reason to stay active throughout the entire day ๐Ÿ’ช
