I have never been able to do a single push-up, so of course I’m gonna start working on my flabby arms 😄 For today the challenge is to do 100 Hammer Curls 💪 find your favourite dumbbells, grab some cans from the pantry, lift your toddler or find some other weighted items 😎
I’m splitting my reps up into 10 sets of 10, and I plan on doing 2 sets each time 💪

I am just one BMI-step from being morbidly obese 😱 and my fitness-abilities are not yet at a point where it’s feasible for me to do a whole routine 😅 so for me exercising is about a whole lot of walking (I’m too heavy for my bike to handle). All this walking is great, but sometimes I find myself wanting an extra challenge!
So in case anybody else feels the same, I am going to make a daily (I hope) post challenging me, and anybody really, to do one extra “movement” x amount of times. The idea is that the number of repetitions is quite high, but that you are free to split them up however you want. This way you have en extra reason to stay active throughout the entire day 💪
