This is a GREAT IDEA! The fact that we can choose and adapt our challenge to fit our individual needs is so helpful! I jumped to the last page/first posts to see what it is about and how to use it. I admit, I didn't read ALL the posts. But I may still read more for ideas as time goes on.
1) I joined this group!
2) Took my supplements & meds
3) Set up supplements & meds for next 2 weeks
4) took a nap because I didn't get enough sleep last night
5) declined dessert when opportunity arose & hubby had some
6) Trying to Enjoy the Journey!

2. Had bullet coffee and protein smoothie with organic strawberries for breakfast.
3. Created a grouping to make logging that breakfast second nature.

I started this challenge many years ago. That is the truth.. many years ago and yet I have never completed it. For some reason it feels like unfinished business for me. I am finally ready to complete the challenge. The back ground on it is: I was listening to a podcast and the person being interviews said something that struck me; if you put in 1000 action steps towards a goal, you will change your habits and your life. I am here to put a 1000 action steps into my well being. I had a recent health scare. I had a Pulmonary Embolism. A lot of people die from those. I am ready to change my life and my habits.

1) Walked 2 miles today.
2) Came back to Spark people.
3) Did a strength training workout and realized how little mobility I really have.
4) I feel happy and in charge.

I am tired of lying to myself. I am ready to set boundaries and own my life. I want to treat myself like the treasure I am.

116. sent Valentines
117. planned special valentine dinner for hubby
117. took hubby's car in to get rock chips repaired
118. walked to coffee shop.
119. fell on walk back to get car
120. waited for car.
121. drove to urgent care
122. got X-rays
123. got brace put on until I could see hand surgeon next morning.
124. hand surgeon tried to straighten wrist bones a bit to be more comfortable until surgery on 2/21
125. resting mostly...incredibly painful. right wrist broken in many places with many more fractures. hope surgeon can repair in one surgery, buy may require more
126. watching a lot of tv
127. poor concentration, but trying to do some reading
128. time on phone with friends
129. hubby had to most of cooking of our valentine dinner
130. trying to hold it together untill surgery tomorrow

106. Set new goals for fitness
107. hosted a women's group for more than 5 hours...exhausting and exhilarating
108. exercised at my desk as well as other sneaky places
109. cooked yummy shrimp dish to go with all the fresh veggies we have ready to eat in the fridge
110. Set priorities to include helping our daughter with transportation logistics for her kids on Saturdays
111. ordered water polo team shirts to wear while we cheer on our grandsons
112. planned a relaxing evening at home

115. decorated for a Valentine event
