Goal: 177
And to do this...I'm going to need to keep watching what I'm eating. Ideally tracking everything,
AND ramp up, build more frequent good exercise habits. At the very least--more walking. Even better, at least 3 light workouts for at least 30 minutes each week.

My mid week is up a bit, and it will be a crazy weekend again... so I will be focused on keeping that midweek number as my week's High Number! I'm just happy that I'm lower than I was a year ago, so that is a WIN!

Looks like we're off to a good start! One Good decision at a time will keep us moving towards a healthier Life!
