Not sure if I can catch up...!! Especially since I didn't keep close track during our vacation time. I can definitely track two hikes though as they were Bucket List ones!! Hiking to the top of Mt Lassen, and Mt Scott (Crater Lake). Wonderful experiences....!! Also did some other shorter hikes around Big Basin Redwoods and other trails at Crater Lake.... Feeling Blessed!!

7 July: 5 hrs; hike 5 miles at Mt Lassen
16 July: 3hrs + 90 min; hike 5.6 miles at Crater Lake
19 July: 75 min bike 15.5 miles

Good morning everyone. My goal is 1800 minutes a month. I feel I can handle 60 minutes a day. I started tracking two days ago. this will be day 3.
So far I did 594 minutes. I walk in the morning and again in the evening.
July 11, 2018 65 minutes slow day
July 12, 2018 75 minutes need to pick it up
July 13, 2018 120 minutes
July 14 2018 66 minutes
July 15, 2018 75 minutes
July 16, 2018 65 minutes
July 17,2018 60 minutes
July 18, 2018 94 minutes
July 19,2018 120 minutes walked 6 miles
