Though we go "Up and Down", and can't keep this a linear downward trend---like our minds say it should be (!)-- remember where we'd be if we weren't on this Journey.... So many truly don't seem to care what they are doing to themselves. My sister is morbidly obese, *knows* it, but still emotionally justifies overeating regularly. Life is not only about events beyond our control, but about our choices. There have been Lessons we learned this month, and we take that knowledge forward with us! Keep at it everyone.

So, instead of going down 4.5, I went up 0.6. :o(
Still have work to do.
Considering it was a crazily intense month. Maybe I'll just take that 'relatively holding ground.' and then...next month...go at it again.

Oh my goodness...not doing well this month. I've gone 2 lbs the OPPOSITE direction. Let's see if I can at least get back to the beginning by the end of the month. :o/

Delighted to come back online and see people's results. Even if you aren't getting significantly towards your goal just yet: remember that each day you are mindful and trying to make healthy decisions, you are orienting yourself towards success. This is a long, slow Journey and the lasting results are worth the time and effort!! Keep at it!!

July 8 -- 178 (Wahoo! So glad to be making progress. It's an incredibly busy time, and often, at times like this, it can be really easy for me to overeat, let all slide. Instead, this time--keep tracking as much as possible, even when not tracking--stay mindful of portions and eating lots of vegetables. Maybe it's possible)

I will be offline mostly during two weeks of travel/camping, but certainly will be keeping this in mind!! Hopefully the camping food will be more limited this year---LOL---we meet a group of people and everyone always tried to outdo each other on their group meal night. aarrgghh!!
