Way to Go Fluffybox!! emoticon

My knee ended up with bursitis, so my doctor told me to hold off on the exercise for 3-4 days after he gave me a cortisone shot in it. That kind of ended my streak. I did about 20 min earlier this week, and we did a long but level hike at the end of the week, and about 90 min walk today. Knee seems better...but I haven't made it bike or hike uphill again just yet. On to July!!

Welcome along Joann.... I can see you are going to INSPIRE me this month!! emoticon I've never reached 4500 minutes---but then I'm pretty slack about recording everything. My gardening and phys ther exercises get done more often than not but seldom recorded for example.
