Well, April was a wash. Ended the same weight I started. Been stressed and my eating has been affected.

Its frustrating to bounce up and down around, to and back from a goal.... But the good news: think where' you'd be if you weren't paying attention?! Keep at it... one decision at a time will get us there. And in the meantime, we are maintaining less than we used to! Have a good weekend!!

I am going to join this April Challenge to get under the 170 mark. I am currently about 175 and can get close to 160's but never make it stick, Recently got to 168 (one day) but popped right back up the next day. The vicious cycle begins again ... I get discouraged, lose my mojo, and over-eat AGAIN. Grrr! Soooo ... count me in!

As my little granddaughter would say: "Uh-Oh!" emoticon
Mon: Up two pounds with Easter Ham/salt...little exercise (really did not overdo the candy!)
Wed: down one pound...
Fri: down one pound...
looking like a "neutral" week unless I get a scale surprise by Sunday!!

Hope your week's cycle was more towards your goals! Keeping at it and looking forward to a good weekend!
