I figure my goal is a guidepost... Like the North Star kept the early travelers oriented... it keeps me pointed in the right direction! Every once in awhile it actually encourages me to take action I would otherwise not do...although I'm fortunate to have an inspiring partner who exercises more than I do. Guilt factor works for me--LOL!! Have a great week,

Definitely! Thanks for your kind words: I tend to be easily disappointed by myself for not being as consistent as I would like to be...

Today is a great sunny day and it's making me feeling woderful. I did a fitness video 57 min of exercise and I'll probably go on a walk later on :)
