Can you believe 1/3 of February is gone?!! Egads!!
My entry is a "loose" summary of 4 days of playing around on snowshoes and hiking....and I added some time to my goal!

5-9 Feb: 15 miles w/ 15lb pack...nice and slow though so about... 10 hours...???
10 Feb: day off
11 Feb: 85 min walk 4.4 miles
Goal/ Today/ Total/ To Do
1000 / 85 / 875 / 125

Aiming for 10,000 steps per day -- so far I have 4 days and a good start on today. My goal is 30 minutes a day so that means 14 hours for February.

3 Feb: 110 min walk 5.7 miles w/ 21lb pack (now, if it only had hills and altitude!)
4 Feb: 80 min walk 3.7 mile w/ 15lb pack
