Remember that your weight loss is really going to come from managing your nutrition. Exercise is how you keep your body fit...but it is a very inefficient means for "losing weight". Way too easy to 'eat back' those minimal calories that most of us burn in even an hour of exercise....LOL All movement does help though!!

Hope your back continues to feel better, and those extra steps head you in the right direction....

I have a fit bit 2 and I love it. this is the first time that i have noticed that even if you can not do all the other exercises you can make sure you get the steps and it has helped me so much...... i have back issues and i did not know what i was going to do so i started walking and i fell so much better. I do have days when i go over board and tweak my back but i work through and so far I have managed to lose some weight.... Stuck right now that is why i come back to the spark page.
