Walked on crutches to shower, showered, went to bedroom to finish dressing, walked back to living room. Stretching exercises each point along the way. 30 minutes.

Walked on crutches 150 feet with Physical Therapist. 15 sit/stands, chair leg exercises with 1 pound weights. 35 minutes total.

Yes. Walked 76 feet on crutches with Aide. Used shower & dressing time for stretching & chair exercises with warm water helping muscles move more comfortably and efficiently. Total of 45 minutes of movement.

I have pleurisy, 3 types of anemia from Iron,folic acid,other vitamins not working,chronic pneumonia, pleurisy, chronic kidney disease, a partially collapsed lung, low blood pressure & blood clots in both lungs for 3 years..I am 55 years old. I had cervical cancer 6 years ago, no signs last 4 years as well.I am on P.S.T. time zone.
