Hey there,

Thank you for your response.

I actually worked with a Dr. to come off.

Also I feel like I am ready its just slightly challenging and I thought it would be a good idea to see if others have experienced anything similar.

I wonder if you would have been better off staying on your meds?

Did your Dr suggest coming off? ....or if it was at your instigation, was there any particular reason?

A lot of people come off SOLELY because of weight gain. If this is the case then there are other meds available which are as therapeutic but with the weight issue side-effect. You are better to have some added weight than p.issues not fully dealt with.

Hi guys,

Just looking for some feedback.

I recently came off of some medications and I still have slight anxiety for which I go to therapy. I still find it hard to trust myself sometimes although I am pretty successful and have come a long way it seems I still look to others for answers.

Has anybody or does anyone go through this whether you were on or off meds?

Any idea how to make things a little easier on yourself?

Appreciate you feedback :)
