Yes! My diet is just food in moderation. Focusing on good protein and fats. Really cutting back on carbs. Last night, I made a meal I would usually accompany with pasta but cut out the pasta. I supplemented with a salad. The hardest part is trying to make meals that work for both me and my husband (since I am the only cook). So far, so good!
Pretty much so...for about 5 years now!! Eating less and eating healthy...are just two tiny jigsaw pieces in a very large puzzle!
This Journey of mine was never intended to be a short straight line to perfection. It is rather, a lifelong journey of learning what works for me: of learning what my body needs and when; and changing ways I look at things like exercise and types of foods; and what I do: cooking, eating, planning, tracking etc. It also has changed with time because my physical needs have changed.
