Howdy Sparkpeople!!!

I am starting a liquid diet/VLCD on Sunday, September 10th for 12 weeks. Looking for anyone who wants to be join in and give it their all for the 12 weeks.

Does not matter what kind of diet or exercise you are doing or what your goals are. All that matters is that you follow your goals and we give each other support.

The reason I am starting off with a liquid diet is my sister is having to do it prior to having surgery. Since she lives in Utah and I live in NC this is my way of supporting her without actually being there with her. I think she has to be on it for 10 days.

Think of this challenge as a Christmas present to yourself. How much weight will you lose in this time period? How much closer to your goal will you be?

Looking forward to meeting lots of new friends and I will support each and everyone who joins me in the journey. I will also post daily as to I know the first couple of weeks will definitely be a challenge.

We CAN do this!!! Come on and join me. What do you have to lose but pounds?
