Hi.

I have doing a little challenge with myself and wanted to invite others to join me. Here is what i am doing. For me long term challenges like 30 days are always to hard. I need short term goals. So i figured 7 days and 7 goals seemed just about right.

Guidelines
1. Write down your 7 goals every morning then check them off as you go or at the end of the day ( meet every goal its only 7 days)

Here are my goals:

1. Drink 60-100 oz of water
2. Eat between a 8 hour window ( 10-6pm)
3. Dry Body Brush
4. Juice ( Green veggies with lemon)
5. Do Kegels (30-50 a day)
6. Exercise ( Intervals, Weights, Yoga for rest days)
7. No Pasta, Bread, Desserts, or Rice ( fruit, veggies, and honey okay)

Those are my goals. I know i can do anything for 7 days. So excited to get started and reach this short term goal! My goals don't have to be your goals. Pick 7 things you think you can do for 7 days and join me!
