140.6 yesterday, 144.6 today. I can feel I'm retaining water. My eyes and hands are puffy. Tomorrow will be better. I will break the 140 barrier this week and get into the 130s.

On 6/7 wt was 178.5
Can't weigh in everyday. I get to discoraged if the weight doesn't come off like I want or think it should. I have to remember even a 1/2# a week is ok

6/5 = 181.8 had a few drinks last night, so was to be expected
6/6 = 183.2 ate like double my cals yesterday!
6/7 = 180.5 that's better! goes to show that sticking within calories pays off!
