Gah! My husband came back from a one-year deployment in Iraq last week, and since then I haven't had time to work out as much as I usually do. Hope to get back on track SOON. At least I'm not gaining weight, but it sucks to be stuck.

I am trying daily weigh-ins through September. I thought it might be fun to see exactly how much my weight fluctuates day to day. It is a lot more fun when it fluctuates DOWN. I am graphing my weights and monitoring calories, exercise and water. Should be interesting!!
