Wow. My weigh in tracker goes back five years! I weigh weekly. I have my highest of 212.5 in Feb 2005 and my lowest of 156.5 in Feb 2006. I am at 174.5 now and trying to get to 162 since I am a little older now...will be 50 this year...seems harder to lose it.

Hi, my name is Bethany, I am new to the message boards, but after years of trying to do it on my own, I think I need somewhere I can be honest about my weight and to help me be held accountable. So, here goes nothing, maybe weighing in each day and seeing other people doing the same thing will be a step in the right direction.

If I weighed every day, I would become consumed and self-consumed. Likely, weighing daily is a motivator for some, but I do much better just plodding along with my plan and paying attention to how my clothes fit and how I feel.
