Got off track BIG time!! My goal is to get below 265lbs. by the end of next week. been better at not eating out. Starting to add more exercise slowly but surely...drinking more water as well.

Trying to get below 260lbs., inching closer. The exercise has not been coming as easy. Been sick lately and trying to rest it off. Hoping to hit it again tomorrow.

Well, come to find out I only lost 2 lbs. Not bad but I was bummed. We found that my scale weighs differently when on vinyl vs. tile. When my buddy is here we weigh in the common area of our house (vinyl) vs our bathroom (tile). But still 2lbs. lost at the holidays I thought was pretty good. My goal for this weigh in friday is to be below 260lbs.

Somehow, during the holiday I lost 6lbs. I mean I have been drinking water and staying within a calorie range as well as working out with a buddy of mine. I think the major change has been water weight. Not sure if it will be so good next time. I am cautiously optimistic that this is REAL weight that I have lost primarily because the excess that I had gained originally was water.

ANYHOW, that being said I am within 3lbs. of my goal and it isn't even January yet.

my new goal is 255lbs. by the end of January if not more. I have a buddy that is working out with me and so far we are making small goals and keeping each other in check.

I joined SP back in May and lost 12 lbs in 5 months.. then I gained half of it back in the last 2 months... I would like to get back to my summer weight of 107 lbs and then see from there. So slow and steady to begin with 5 lbs by the New Year seems like a decent goal.

I was able to get down to 255 quickly. For some reason, my body holds on to water. So, I lost a LOT of water weight at once. So will try for 250 by end of November.

I am up again! This has been a BAD month!!! I am starting at 260lbs. again! I think a lot of it is sodium. I know I have not gained 12lbs. in 2 months! exercising is not coming as regularly as I thought it would. My expectations with my health maybe too high. I am active but not getting heart rate up. Halloween has been rough with eating sweets but I have cut down on that so that should also affect everything as well.

My goal for November is to get down to 255lbs. We are not BIG Thanksgiving folks. Hoping to have a good exercise program and support system before the Christmas season.

Wow last time I posted it was March. I am down 11lbs. since then. My goal for August is 249lbs. EVEN though 247lbs. will TECHNICALLY be 15lbs. down, if we are going in 5's.

Guh! Starting from square 1 yet again...BUT, just had neck surgery and am working closely with PT and a trainer sooooo, even though it is the holidays, weight doesn't rest so I am going to TRY and plug away through the holidays so I don't gain an extra 5-10 at the end of the year. Feel like I am at a healthy and realistic standing. Good luck to all during the craziness!

Been more active and feeling better. Still bike better than I walk...trying to incorporate arm work. Since I am losing, starting to feel better and more confident to keep pushing. 250lbs. Is doable next week.

Continually struggling...health really affects exercise.i do some form almost everyday I just know it isn't muc! But I am at least getting joints moving!

I am ready to beigin my new journay for the second half of year. 5 and half months to reach my goal. Imade a chart to last to september. it will run along with summer contest for my chapters. i make a menu each week and i will start doing some prep work. measuring my food, walking exercising and weights and will also drink more water. work at less sitting more moving. i am thinking of doing a 5k. look for places to go to exercise or walk.
short term goal

Get back under 200 by end of July
10 pound at a time or 5% goals each month.
journal and track food on mfp and or paper
drink 64 oz water
inches loss
take photos
measure food portion control
track sleep

My December goal is to become a KOPS so I need to work hard as it is 25 lbs. it can be done with staying on track. I AM hoping to graduate in Reno. I also need to blog about the journay. i have been yo-yo luckily i had losses the last 3 years. Now i want to become an example what TOPS can do. So here is to a new beginning a new start a dream come true. I can do this

5 pounds will get me under the 200 mark

Losing the same weight over and over again! I know why I am trying bit to get into my hyperactivity, pain, depression, anger, eating cycle! Plus have had a LOT of disruption to routine as of late ...hoping to break it! I am 2 lbs. shy of hitting my 2nd 5lb. Goal.

My month sort of fizzled and pain got better of me. I am on a diuretic now because I will "gain" and "lose" large aments. Of weight in a short period. However here is what June looked like
