I did 35 min walk/jog intervals and then 10 minute lower body toning. The toning is part of the 28-day bootcamp team exercise. I am on day 2 of the programme and enjoying it so far. I hope I can keep up the momentum for the next 26 days and see if there are any visible results.

If anyone needs a little bit of inspiration for their weight loss and fitness programme try it out!
