31min bike ride (6.73miles) + 9min Walk/run around our block with my dog this morning (1/2 mile)... and then 15min Cardio-in-a-Crunch DVD workout...

Right now my daily exercises center on those needed to rehab my totally replaced right knee. I am moving off my walker to a using a cane, at which point I hope to be able to add some outdoor walking--I had been walking 30-45 minutes per day prior to surgery 5/14. My goal is to be able to do a 5k by fall, 2013, with some intermediate goals for 5k's in between now and then. I've never committed to a 5k, so it will be interesting as well as challenging. I may have to do a biking 5k first to be sure I can handle the distance.

Walked/Ran my dog around the block (1/2 mile)...takes about 9 mins... and then a 42min bike ride (8.63miles)... and then 15min Cardio-in-a-Crunch DVD workout...

I did a walk/run prep for a 5K in August.

I hiked in MT ZION National park, of course most of the hikes were up hill.
I logged in 7.81 miles. The scenery was absolutely awesome
