I really wanted to work my lower body hard today, so I did the Bootcamp Day 2 video, the 6 min butt vid, 6 min hips glutes and thigh vid, and the lower body sculpt with resistance band video. Think that's about 30 minute of lower body work, whew! I still need to get my cardio in for the day, though. emoticon
