Yes. I've walked daily since May 2011. Every. Single. Day. Even when I was sick I got my steps in. I wear a pedometer from Nintendo DSIs Personal Trainer: Walking program. When the light on it turns green, I've at least met my preset step goal for the day. Some days, I'm green and exceed it by bounds, some days, I just barely go over the minumum.
I've not lost a single pound, though. LOL. Utterly sad.
I don't stop, though, because in general I feel better overall even though I'm not losing yet.
Trying to make more changes in 2012 by adding in some different things to my daily life, and trying to be more conscious of what I'm taking into my body overall.
