I did my 10 min. video and 40 min. cardio for 28 day bootcamp and my cardio was running 3 miles for my "training for a 10K"

I helped out a coworker who was feeling sick and panicky. I was done with my shift, but she was having a panic attack, complete with sky high BP and had a full shift ahead of her. I took over for her as long as I could and got the rest of her day rescheduled because our boss was totally swamped with her own workload. I hope she's ok because she went to the doctor.

Was tempted to fudge on my calorie count last night, but I didn't. I went over for the first time in several days and I was very disappointed. But the scale NEVER lies, it may give you mixed messages at times but I hit a plateau today. However been good today and should break through that little plateau.

Did an Insanity DVD for the first time since my respiratory infection in December. It's been hard to build my lungs back up. Lots of breaks, but I feel good about it.

I'm staying on track with my eating.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

Anyone ever play Wii Fit? I did that 3 minute hula-hoop challenge thing! OMG. Ouch. I was jell-o by the end, but I did it! My ab muscles were like, hey, this is harder than first perceived.

Good stuff though. Plus, I love seeing the little Mii at the end dance. :]

I just got back from a 2 1/2 hr workout at the gym and couldn't feel more proud of myself!

Now I'm about to get ready for a friend's birthday dinner at a Japanese restaurant that turns into a night club...so here's to hoping I remember that 2 1/2 hr workout when ordering my food tonight =)
