Took the dogs out and enjoyed this gorgeous day with a walk by the ocean and I also got in a round of circuit
training
Packed and am ready to head out for ten days can't wait!!!!

I put on a walking DVD & walked indoors because it was raining outside.

Also, I'm on my 3rd day here & still doing good with my diet, water, & exercise.

yesterday and today 180 MINUTES of exercise, Circuit training, Curves, Walk and some weights-I only have 390 remaining to make my goal of 1500

managed to get in 15 minutes of walking, eventhough I knew I would have a very full day at church am and pm. Thank God!

I went hiking. I usually go twice a week but my friends and I added a third day to the mix. It easier to work out together and stay accountable to one another.

i have a coworker that is considerably smaller than i am when she lost her weight she gave me her scrubs to wear but they were all to small well today i'm wearing one of her scrub out fits and it fits really well......woohoo!!!!!!!!
