Watched my grandbabies. All their meals where fruits and vegetables. They both drink whole milk.
They also only know about water. Their parent's do not allow them to have sugary drinks.

Starting back on SP again. Making a stronger effort to get healthier, not just to lose weight. I have hubby on board now, making it easier I suppose. Hitting the exercise at least 30min./day. h20 more, eating out less, eating breakfast etc. for the last 3 days anyhow

weighed below 260lbs., legitimately but without clothing in the am. My friend and I weigh in on 1/31 if I weigh at 258lbs., with clothes and pm weight then I will have lost 10lbs. My frustration is that I have lost the same 10lbs. forever now. Hoping to hit 15lbs. by end of February.

Somehow I am below 260lbs. I have been doing a LOT though. I am cautiously optimistic that this is real weight. I know the original jump in scale was partially water but it just wouldn't go down.

Keeping up with water consumption and other goals set forth by my friend as well as myself. We have been working out together in the mornings and it has helped me stay accountable. I didn't gain during the holiday in a large city. VERY happy about that!!!
