Me!
I start out by eating one kernel at a time to try to limit the amount that I'll eat, but I always end up eating it by the fistful.
And yes, I've made a meal of it.

Put on some upbeat music.
If you find yourself dancing in your seat, take it a step further. Get up and start dancing on your feet.
You'll burn more calories that way.

I like mine air popped with real butter. No substitutes. If I’m going to have it, I’m really going to enjoy. But I don’t do it often!

That would be me!! I've tried to stay away from it but now that my daughter is home from college it's VERY difficult...and probably part of the reason I'm derailing myself on a regular basis. What I try to do is measure out a couple cups and enjoy. I've never tried popping it in the microwave in a paper bag. I do it the old fashioned way on the stove with a little oil. The microwave would make it lower in fat that's for sure. Have to try that some time! And never tried it in a cast iron skillet!

I like popcorn a lot. I've found Skinny Pop to be a very acceptable healthier snack. It's also low in sodium. When I go to the movies, I get a kid-sized amount. Otherwise, I would not hold back!

I can go for days or even a couple of weeks without popcorn.

But if it is in front of me, it is ravenously devoured.

I think that puts me in the "addict" category?

Me!! Its my favorite!

Love to pop it in the air popper then spray it with a little olive oil and sprinkle on some Cajun seasoning! Occasionally also add some nutritional yeast or white cheddar popcorn seasoning.

I love popcorn but don't have it often. I'm happy putting some kernels in a paper bag and tossing it in the microwave for a while.

But I also love some of the flavors you can find in a popcorn store. Crazy what flavors they come up with and how good they taste.

I love popcorn as an occasional treat. I pop 1/4 of a cup of kernels in the microwave and then top with a bit of salt and real butter. Personally, I would never call it a meal because it's a carb and even with the real butter, there is little to no protein. I'd just be ravenously hungry in an hour or two.

Yes, I am a popcorn addict as well. It has been my go to dinner quite a few nights. The best part of going to the movie theater is the big tub of buttered popcorn! As a girl I would make popcorn for my dad after dinner every night. I would make it in the cast iron skillet. Fond memory now, not so much then! lol!
