I just started using drink wholesome. I like it because it is made with real foods, and has no additives. I drink it with almond milk as a meal replacement (It's very filling!). Hands down the best tasting protein powder I have ever used. Hope this helps!

Sometimes but one has to be really careful because some of those replacement drinks are filled with Sugar. I'd rather juice some veggies.

I use it very rarely and usually only around the times I do any weight training. I don't use it to lose weight. I track all food and make sure the protein range is good. If I get hungry at night I will try to incorporate something healthy like low sodium cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese, or milk to help keep my hunger down.

Protein powder can be helpful as it helps to stave off hunger, perhaps because it helps keep blood sugar stable (so do fat and fiber). It's also very convenient if you don't have time for a regular meal. Still, it is not something I depend on every day, but it's very helpful at times and I always have a few canisters of whey and a pea protein or other vegan protein in my pantry.

It's also helpful in retaining muscle, and generally low calorie depending on the brand and what you may add to it yourself.

I do occasionally after a workout, not necessarily for weight loss. I like MyProtein chocolate fudge flavor or BSN vanilla ice cream flavor....if you were looking for recommendations.

Not me.

I eat eggs, yogurt, aged cheese, seeds, nuts, and some meat everyday for protein

I don’t like the taste of protein powder.

Make sure that you weigh all of your food for increased accuracy and enter it all into the Nutrition Tracker to ensure that you definitely know that you are meeting your various ranges.

Protein powder isn't for weight-loss. It is more for people who are very deficient in protein and can't increase it via other means, or for people who do intensive exercise/training.

If you want to increase your protein look at things like:
Lean Meat
Eggs
Cottage Cheese
Cheese
Greek Yoghurt
Soy products
Nuts/Seeds
Lentils
Beans
Peas

If you find that you are eating low protein but in a healthy calorie range, try tweaking a bit, i.e. reducing slightly fats and/or carbs and increasing the protein containing foods.
