Afternoon snack: homemade Greek-style yogurt mixed with peanut butter, baked pears, ginger, cinnamon, and sunflower seeds
Evening snack: homemade Greek-style yogurt mixed with plain cocoa powder and frozen sweet cherries, followed later by a 10g piece of 90% dark chocolate

I’m on a bike packing trip. I biked 70kms today with over 650 meters elevation climbed. Snacking options are limited in the remote corner of the world I am in right now. For snacks I had an apple, banana, coffee, light beer, apple turnover, orange juice, ice cream sandwich, fresh coconut water, popsicle. Taco salad and pizza were my meals when we got to our destination for the night.
