A low-carb roll (recipe based on The Keto Bread from dietdoctor.com: www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/the-keto-bread ) topped with salmon salad (salmon mixed with pickled asparagus, dill pickles, sauerkraut, cream cheese or sour cream or Greek yogurt).
Mixed sliced meats, egg, cheese platter - with a spinach avocado dip.
Low-carb mini-cheesecake bites.
Nuts and seeds mixed with plain Greek yogurt with extra nut butters.
A hearty soup or stew or stir-fry.
Low-carb carrot muffins (almond flour and psyllium husk) loaded with cream cheese.
