cheese (or cream cheese) and turkey pepperoni or deli meat
berries and plain greek yogurt (diff brands have diff amounts of carbs) with hemp hearts and/or nuts
protein shakes

raw: mushrooms, zucchini, cucumber, spinach
steamed lightly: cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage
roasted: any veggie
bacon (limp or crisp)
eggs (any style)
hard cheese (sometimes; my tummy is picky with cheeses)

Smoked Salmon Snack

3 thick slices of cucumber
Philidelphia Cream cheese
Smoked Salmon

On each piece of cucumber layer a dollop of cream cheese and a chunk of smoked salmon. I use 3 pieces as a nice snack. Can be shared as non-Keto people love it too

Right now is a great time to get started.

Mountains are climbed, one step at a time.

A low-carb roll (recipe based on The Keto Bread from dietdoctor.com: www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/the-keto-bread ) topped with salmon salad (salmon mixed with pickled asparagus, dill pickles, sauerkraut, cream cheese or sour cream or Greek yogurt).

Mixed sliced meats, egg, cheese platter - with a spinach avocado dip.

Low-carb mini-cheesecake bites.

Nuts and seeds mixed with plain Greek yogurt with extra nut butters.

A hearty soup or stew or stir-fry.

Low-carb carrot muffins (almond flour and psyllium husk) loaded with cream cheese.
