Personally, I'd put the cup on to my kitchen scale and tare it to zero, then squeeze in the juice and track that weight in grams of orange juice. While the overall calories added might be minimal, I would find it useful to have the vitamin / mineral content in my daily counts --- as well as being able to see that source of sugars.

If I find after a few days that I'm consistently using a certain amount +/- 5g, then I'd more often just track that without bothering to weigh it every time.

"Technically" yes, you are eating the orange! You are just leaving the lower calorie fibrous parts behind. Juice is higher calorie than the rest. So I'd track 1/4 of an orange.
Personally, if I only did one serving a day, I wouldn't worry about the approx. 20 calories! But then I am anything but a perfectionist on my Journey... others find that complete tracking is best for them. All the best,
patti

No way we can even guess, as 1/4 of an orange can vary widely as to the size and juiciness of the orange.

If you want to be accurate, squeeze the juice into a measure cup before you put it into your tea.

ETA: Personally I would eat the orange.

Can someone tell me how I should track squeezing a 1/4 of an orange into my green tea. I am not technically eating the orange. TIA!
