The plant is native to India, considered an invasive species in many other areas of the world, and has many edible parts (leaves, immature seed pods, seeds, oil from the seeds, etc.), according to Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moringa_oleifera

The green pods are noted for being particularly high in vitamin C, even after cooking (heat typically destroys vitamin C in most fresh produce, so for a food item to retain the vitamin C after cooking is notable).

What is moringa and what are the health and nutritional benefits of the leaves? I heard about moringa through Vegan Rob's Moringa Puffs (which are absolutely delicious, by the way, as are the brussel sprout puffs), and I was curious what these leaves are and what they do for your body. Thank you!
