Sharing that I’m tracking my meals and snacks and learned of another feature that I wasn’t aware of.
On the same page as where you add your food intake for the day, there is a tab to click on. When you click on, your day’s intake of food is broken down into the folllowing nutrients, showing you the acceptable range and a summary of your intake, protein, carbs, fat, calcium, Vitamin A. For example, for 03/13/19, the nutrients I was low in was calcium, and Vitamin A. It was early enough in the night, for me to eat a food with some calcium, yogurt or cheese. The Vitamin A., Needs to focus on tomorrow & beyond. What have you learned in tracking nutrition?
