It is possible that you are getting more of the various nutrients than you think because it isn't compulsory to add various nutrients (e.g. think Potassium; Calcium and Magnesium) to the Nutrition Label.

The first poster gave the correct instructions to add your supplements to your tracker, just as you would any other food not listed.

Be really careful on tracking micros, your supplements.

Nutrition labels aren’t required to publish all. Being that you are new, kinda dodge that.

But, if you want to go down the rabbit hole, track everything as fresh.

There is no bad food, only bad cooks.

Your supplements may be in the foods list, If not, enter them as a new food and then you can select them when you do your food tracking.

You can create a ticker by going to your Account/Email preferences and clinking on the "Community" tab.

Just being new to Spark...I wonder if someone could tell me if supplements can be counted somewhere within the day. Been coming up short but my supplements probably would offset those numbers. Second question, where do I create a ticker? Thank you.
