There isn't a way to change how it's measured, but the 100% is based on 1000 mg. So you'd need to get 120% of the goal in order to reach 1200 mg.

My doctor said to get 1200 mg calcium via food. Is there a way to track that ? What I see is if I get 100% of spark recommendation. I need to see that I get 1200 via food.
