I have 3 go to, 1, banana chocolate p.b 2, green tea smoothie and 3, my new favourite pina colada protein shake. It doesn't contain rum. Just coconut milk, crushed pineapple, and vanilla protein powder oh and ice lots of crushed ice.
I like the Tera's Whey bourbon vanilla powder. BUT I think its also good blended in a smoothie with a tbs or two of dutch cocoa (no sugar added) when I crave a bit more chocolate flavor. Sometimes I add frozen strawberries or frozen cherries to make it more fruity.

I have Publix Greenwise Vanilla Whey powder and it is okay. I mix 80 calories worth with 20 calories of almond milk.
The ready to drink Muscle Milk 100 calorie in both vanilla crème and chocolate is more convenient and tastes a little better, but costs more. The vanilla makes a really nice latte for breakfast. The Muscle Milk is a bargain compared to Jenny Craig's ready to drink shakes, although they are good, too.

I LOVE my shakes, they are my breakfast staple! I use ARBONNE Protein shake powder and make my own. The shake comes in vanilla and chocolate. I buy borth and make a "shake" mix of both vanilla, chocolate, cinammon, a little instant coffee (for a little "kick") and I, also, add some ARBONNE Extra Fiber supplement.
I pre-make my "mix" and store in big gallon ziploc bags. Each morning I add my two scoops of mix to my blender, add frozen bananas or strawberry's (or both) and mix in my blender with Almond milk. I am lactose intolerant and the ARBONNE powder is a pea-protein powder and the almond or cashew milk, keeps it lactose free. BTW, I can NOT get used to kale . . . just can't!
Just my routine and it works for me!!
Dance as if no one were watching. Sing as if no one were listening. Live each day as if it were your first.
My favorite shakes are super cold (lots of ice), creamy with fresh fruit (mangos or grapes, etc), two scoops of powdered egg white, 1/2 tsp of stevia for sweetness and experimental spice combinations including at times cinnamon, ginger and small amounts of turmeric. I never buy complete mixes but do occasionally use high protein powders made from rice protein and sometimes add ground flax.
What I really don’t like in my protein shakes is kale....

Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow.""
HB has one of these (Premier Protein) for breakfast every day. He's in bed a lot of the day so it's high protein (30 g) and low calories. And already liquid, so no prep time.
I Love IdealShake with almond milk. Key lime, chocolate - they have so many flavors!

I like the Nutrisystem Turbo shakes. Have also used Whey powder shakes. I would rather chew than drink something, but the shakes work for a fast breakfast or late lunch when no time to cook. I like to have 15 g of protein. Since I am having trouble curbing night time snacking, I am going to try drinking a shake in the evening. Hope it works for me!

I also like the GNC Total Lean 25 shakes. I stick to ones that work well with coffee as the base so the vanilla, chocolate, and cookies and cream. I use my shaker cup with the hot coffee and it mixes very well.

GNC Lean Shake 25 POWDERS—Mango, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Banana flavors. In a blender with ice and water—awesome. Less so in a shaker cup, but pretty good. If I’m having multiples that day, I’ll just quick rinse my blender cup, and put it in the fridge for food safety, washing it thoroughly at day’s end.
I have the CARBmaster protein smoothies from Kroger. Only 90 calories, 2g fat, 7g carbs, 4 sugar, and 12 protein. All kinds of different flavors and they taste awesome. Have not found one that I don't like.
I make my own. I use a dairy free protein powder (Orgain Organic Protein powder vanilla) as I am allergic to dairy. My fav is add frozen fruit, maybe a banana and a big handful of spinach or kale. Plus almond milk.
I don’t have these daily, but a few times a week.

What are your favorite protein shakes? I must have chocolate, otherwise I will break down and gorge myself on chocolates. A good chocolate protein shake will curb my breaking down and making a pig of myself by satisfying that daily craving.
