I love to cook using recipes from verytasty.us/ website. It covers tons of recipes and all of them are simple and easy to follow, there an no exotic or intimidating ingredients, and each recipe comes with a step-by-step guide that make the cooking process pleasurable

Lots of new blog posts I haven't seen. I have Kris Carr's smoothies and inspirational emails. PCRM has great vegan 21 day menu plan and recipes.
Nurtiritionfacts.org gives research based information I really enjoy.
'I try to eat vegan most days, so love new recipe ideas. Now I will be at Trader Joe's tomorrow for groceries for these recipes.

Oh She Glows is da bomb. I have both of her cookbooks, too. Very tasty food. (Try the black bean and sweet potato enchiladas sometime - YUM!)

Thanks, all! I'll be browsing these sites this weekend to plan next week's menu! I also stumbled across Oh She Glows and found some good recipes on there this week. I eat meat but am trying to do one or two meatless days a week so trying to find some good inspiration.

This one has a universal recipe for energy bars, with proportions of ingredients in categories so you can choose whatever combination you want:

They freeze well.

Has simple ideas for DIY vegan versions of foods and drinks favored by athletes also which might be useful for people who work out. The recipe section has other stuff, including a universal smoothie recipe like the energy bar one (endless combinations).

I like some of hotforfood's (vegan) recipes, though not all of them are what I would define as healthy! mindovermunch has some good ideas, too!

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

Re-start: 1/2/18, -10 met 1/30, - 20 met 3/27, -25 met 4/18, -30 met 7/4
Next goal: -35 by 7/31
