I love to cook using recipes from verytasty.us/ website. It covers tons of recipes and all of them are simple and easy to follow, there an no exotic or intimidating ingredients, and each recipe comes with a step-by-step guide that make the cooking process pleasurable
Lots of new blog posts I haven't seen. I have Kris Carr's smoothies and inspirational emails. PCRM has great vegan 21 day menu plan and recipes. Nurtiritionfacts.org gives research based information I really enjoy. 'I try to eat vegan most days, so love new recipe ideas. Now I will be at Trader Joe's tomorrow for groceries for these recipes.

Thanks, all! I'll be browsing these sites this weekend to plan next week's menu! I also stumbled across Oh She Glows and found some good recipes on there this week. I eat meat but am trying to do one or two meatless days a week so trying to find some good inspiration.
