Drink 3 cups upon arising in the morning and you're well on your way to getting the hydration that you need. Then drink 2 more cups around lunchtime. Drink 2 more through the afternoon from your water bottle. One more cup finishes off the effort, but I'm tall and need extra water to be comfortable, so at that point, I just enjoy it right up until bedtime...and I don't need to get up during the night to take care of business. My body must really need the water!
