Packed strawberries to mix with my yogurt, grapes for a snack, and a spinach and cucumber salad to have with my leftover turkey taco meat for lunch. Will probably have more spinach, carrots and onions for dinner!

Hi Eabl81! I’ve got a lot of catching up to do, you put me to shame! Today, only an apple, then some Pico de Gallo and a couple tablespoons of shredded lettuce with my tacos al carbon (we did agree that Pico and salsa count as veggies right, haha)
And Igsbeth, you are also loading up on the freggies! You guys don’t make it easy lol.
