Liver with onions and mushrooms and some sliced beets. It's been far too long since I've had liver. Had a microwave brownie for dessert, which tasted good but was a bit gummy in texture.

Working on becoming a Registered Dietitian and to lose weight to become a better self and a better role model for my (future) clients.

Yesterday I had sauteed chicken, onions, summer squash, garlic, and red peppers with a little garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and cajun seasoning. No butter or oil. Plus a baked potato. It was beyond delicious!
