I made a homemade veggie soup just loaded with yummy stuff...onions, zucchini, carrots, celery, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, and green beans all mixed together in a spicy oregano chicken broth. I had two huge servings for 292 calories. Delicious, nutritious and filling.

I want to think again of dangerous and noble things. I want to be light and frolicsome. I want to be improbable and beautiful and afraid of nothing as though I had wings.

I had turkey meatballs with a little marinara and part skim mozzarella cheese. It was yummy and filling. :)
