4oz lean ground beef, an onion, a zucchini and a summer squash, all cooked up. I'm looking at this giant PANFULL of food and still shocked that it has the same amount of calories as 2 poptarts (and oh so many more good things). It might even last me 2 meals.

An open face taco made with mashed butternut squash (seasoned with cumin, garlic powder, cayenne and salt) lettuce, black beans, salsa, soy crumbles (seasoned with taco seasoning and onions) fat free cheddar cheese, fresh salsa and fat free sour cream. I cut a corn tortilla into wedges and baked it instead of putting all on top. For dessert a lowfat homade chocolate cupcake with fat free reddi whip. Calories in total about 440. Delish!

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.
