4oz lean ground beef, an onion, a zucchini and a summer squash, all cooked up. I'm looking at this giant PANFULL of food and still shocked that it has the same amount of calories as 2 poptarts (and oh so many more good things). It might even last me 2 meals.

I made beef, zucchini, green pepper (none on mine!), and onion kabobs marinated in spiede sauce and cooked on the grill with roasted potatoes and a side salad of lettuce, cukes, tomatoes, and carrots.

An open face taco made with mashed butternut squash (seasoned with cumin, garlic powder, cayenne and salt) lettuce, black beans, salsa, soy crumbles (seasoned with taco seasoning and onions) fat free cheddar cheese, fresh salsa and fat free sour cream. I cut a corn tortilla into wedges and baked it instead of putting all on top. For dessert a lowfat homade chocolate cupcake with fat free reddi whip. Calories in total about 440. Delish!

Well I eat 4-5 meals a day, so I guess 2 of these were at the end of the day lol

-chicken breast and 1/2 cup of lima beans
-tuna melt: -can of tuna (in water) mixed in an egg white and mozzerella cheese
-toast w/ hummus on the side

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.
