Some seasoned cauliflower and a piece of chicken breast that I rubbed with maple garlic pepper sold by a local shop at my Farmer's Market. It's delicious! It's a wonderful blend of a little bit of pure maple sugar, black pepper, garlic, and a few other things. Not a very involved meal but we had to eat quick!
There's a great recipe that I got from the livestrong website We have it all of the time and even my picky husband loves it! It's paprika shrimp and green bean saute. It's super easy to make and takes no time at all. We like our beans pretty crunchy so that makes it even easier.
