Chinese Food (tofu, brown rice, a few pieces barbecue pork, corn soup). Limited portion sizes, so it was about half of what I would normally eat.

Bad things that weren't tasty enough to be worth it. :(

Pulled pork sandwich with curly fries, plus mozzarella sticks.

I really should have avoided the sticks. They weren't that good, but I kept eating them since I ordered them. Blech.

I know this might now sound healthy but..
I had 1/2 cup of bake beans 150 cals, and 1/2 hot dog cut up in it and a salad with lite ranch dressing 2tlbs and 1/2 grape fruit

Baja fresh. The baja ensala with shrimp (no dressing, no cheese & no tortilla strips). I added more pico for taste and "dried" the shrimp with a napkin to get off excess grease/seasonings.

I had a really late lunch today so I just went light on dinner. I made a smoothie with a cup of frozen mixed berries, half a cup of plain non-fat yogurt, a cup of vanilla soy milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Let me tell you, that kicked my digestive system into gear! I'm still not totally sure if I'd recommend the PB + berries combo, though!

Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.

Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!

Well my husband wasn't working today and since he had some time I asked him if he could please figure out dinner. First thing I know...he went to a chinese take out restaurant and got some chinese noodles...NOT great!
He is usually the one that wants to eat healthy, I was surprised he chose the easy way out today!!

I make this huge pot of veggie soup that has very few calories and I had that for dinner tonight. Basically you take a can of chopped tomatoes, a half of bag of cole slaw mix, 8 cups of water, chopped onions, 4 bouillon cubes (chicken), cumin and red pepper flakes. Mix and simmer. The stuff is to die for and no calories. I do saute the onions in cooking spray first, but other than that is it a dump and simmer recipe.
