last night I had 3 oz baked salmon, asparagus, and a serving of asparagus pasta toss. I recommend the pasta toss for anyone who enjoys cooking/looking for ways to add more veggies into their day... I posted the recipe on my sparkpage!
Plan on reaching my goal by the end of Summer 2010! Through hard work and spark motivation :o) I know life is to be enjoyed not regretted. Our decisions are our own, we must except the ones we make and live with them. So make them wisely :o)
A salad made from brown rice, red barley, quinoa, red pepper, fennel, zucchini, eggplant, parsley, basil, lemon juice and balsamic.
Stats: Female, 5'4", 28 years old.
Goal: From 152 (07/24/2011) to 125 by December, 2011. DONE! December 4th weighed in at 124. In 2012 I've been maintaining around 122, which is a thirty pound loss. My BMI has gone from 26.1 to 20.9 since following the Spark plan!
I had 2 lowcarb pitas that I made into pizza with bbqsauce,leftover chicken, grilled mushrooms, onions and partskim shredded mozzarella cheese. Delish, healthy and way better for me than take out pizza! Plus my husband said it was honestly the best pizza he had ever had :)
