If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.
Half a whole wheat pita with a Boca Original Vegan burger and about half a yellow pepper and half a green pepper cut in strips and sauteed in 1 tsp olive oil. The burger and some peppers went in the pita, the extra peppers went on the side. I split the other half of the pita out flat and toasted it, then I put about 2 cups (raw amt.) spinach sauteed in 1 tsp olive on top and sprinkled balsamic vinegar over the spinach. And I had a cup of Imagine Acorn Squash and Mango soup with it. YUM!! And only about 430 calories (63g carbs, 12g fat, 23g protein)
I made the family a chicken, broccoli, spinach, tomato sauce pasta bake (topped with cheddar cheese) and I made myself a small one substituting the pasta for baked eggplant and some shavings of parmesan cheese instead of the cheddar.
