Rice paper wrappers stuffed with grilled chicken, grated carrots, sliced cucumbers, bean sprouts, lettuce, hot sauce, and a drizzle of peanut butter sauce. YUM! I had four for a 400-calorie dinner.

I had smart taste penne, 5 meatballs in alfredo sauce and 1 cup of broccoli. I had a lot of carbs today too and went over my calorie goal. This usually happens when I'm home and don't have a structured day planned. I forgave myself and will plan for tomorrow

veggies sauteed in pan with no oil just a little veggie stock (broccoli, snow peas, baby corn, carrots, red cabbage, water chesnuts, red beans, and black beans) with a little teriyaki sauce on it. AMAZING! prob some yogurt and an apple later too

3 oz of grilled top sirloin, onions sauteed in a little red wine (my FAVORITE!!!), 1/2 cup steamed brown rice, 1 individual steamer bag of baby brussel sprouts. I used balsamic vinegar on the rice and vegetables for flavor.

Baby spring mix with boston lettuce mixed in, and some elk steak I marinated in soy sauce, garlic, ginger and pepper. YUMMY! I also had broiled asparagus wrapped in thinly sliced prosciutto and sprinkled with Dill. It was excellent.

3 eggs whites with .4oz chicken seasoned with taco seasoning (homemade not packaged), and sautéed peppers and onions over toast. Sounds weird but was great... around 350 calories!

I went to whole food after yoga class and got their salad bar. It was DELICIOUS! Everything was so fresh! Oh man!

-Salad w/ romaine lettuce, red & yellow bell pepper, steamed broccoli, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, cucumber
-Fruit salad: pineapple, honeydew, cantaloupe & purple seedless grapes
-8oz organic unsweetened green tea w/ lemon
