Just finished dinner: 1 cup of Fresh meatless Spaghetti Sauce with 2 oz. of Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Pasta, topped with 1/4 cup of Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese. Great heart healthy meal (I'm beginning to love making meatless meals, yet still get plenty of good protein). The spaghetti sauce is made fresh using plenty of fresh vegetables and spices.

McDonalds Southwest Chicken Salad with it's dressing. The hubby surprised me with lunch and himself home today so I couldn't object. I am just glad I didn't have much to it with breakfast. Hahaha.

It was breakfast: I had a 1/2 cup of blue berries. A scramble egg with a corn tortilla in a teaspoon of olive oil. 30 grams of avocado. A cup of decaf with sugar free hazelnut creamer (2 tablespoons) and a tablespoon of benefiber. For a grand total of 348 calories. Delicious!!!

I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me
